We were very well pleas4d with our salesman. He was friendly without being n g pushy and Knowledgeable without being overnearing. He listened to what our experience has been. What we have liked and disliked and then guided us to the spa we ultimately purchased. I am known to dislike being on any kind of sales floor and and I have to say, it was actually an enjoyable experience.

Phillip was great! He was friendly, honest and answered all our questions to help us choose our hot tub. We’ll definitely refer our friends and continue to do business with Phillip at Galaxy.

Kenneth did an excellent job on explaining everything and was not pushy. He was patient with us and allowed us time to think things over. I would highly recommend him and Galaxy Recreation.

Very nice place, found what we were looking for. They helped us with our purchase. We had a great experience. Can’t wait to get my new patio chairs. They are so nice.

Phil was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making it feel overwhelming. He answered all of my questions honestly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was how easygoing and approachable he was throughout the whole process—no pressure, just great customer service. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend working with Phil. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable!
